Beginning of The Helm of Urtkot quest

Talking to sirona in Hogwarts legacy

The Helm of Urtkot is one of the first main quests when the Fall Season begins after players complete the First Guardian Trial. To start your adventure, go to Hogsmeade and go to the Three Broomsticks to talk to Sirona Ryan. Sirona tells the players to go to the Hog's Head Inn and talk to a goblin called Lodgok.

Follow the minimap to the inn, talk to Lodgok and agree to help him find Urtkot's helm. Players must work with Logdok to find Urtkot's helm. Exit Hogsmeade and follow Lodgok into a nearby cave. Upon entering the dungeon, players will encounter a pair of Lumos moth puzzles.

Nearby metalflies perched on torches around the room. Players must cast Lumos and bring Tins to the metal door to open the way. After unlocking these two Lumos puzzles, players end up in a room with Inferi. Conclusions cannot be damaged until they are burned with fire, so players must cast Incendio or Confringo to defeat them.

Investigate the dungeon

After defeating the Inferi and looting all nearby chests with Revelio, go into the next room. This chamber contains a rotating disc with a butterfly indentation. Use Lumos to guide the moth to the dial, then use Depulso on the dial to spin it. This will raise a shaft leading to another moth which is needed to open the door and enter the dungeon.

Cast-based hanging chests can be thrown open to unlock the floor below. In the next room, the player will see a hanging chest and a room with two treasure chests. To open the holster, simply move the holster with the Accio and Levioso into the correct position to access the holster. Then use your grapple shot to break the pulleys that support the hanging crates to move around the dungeon.

The next room contains another Depulso Moth puzzle, but the first players must defeat another wave of Inferi. After clearing the room of enemies, aim the moths at the spinning disk. Then grab another butterfly and take it to the torch in the basement next to the railing near the metal door. Then stand on the low platform in front of the spinning disk and Depulso the disk.

This raises the torch off the platform and the butterfly near the broken rail so the player can take it to the metal door. From there, look for two more moths above to open the door. The player discovers an empty box containing a dead Ashwinder and discovers that the tape has been stolen.

Completing the Helm of Urtkot quest

Talk to Lodgok and he will offer you to find the nearest bandit camp. Follow the minimap to reach a camp full of Ashwinder scouts. However, if the player is lucky, a nearby river troll will start fighting Ashwinder's scouts, making the battle much easier.

After the players defeat the enemies, find the chest under the tent in the northeast corner of the camp. Urtkot's helm can be found under the blue tent in the box in the bandit camp marked on your minimap. Open this drawer to find Urtkot's Helm.

However, as you heal, more enemies will appear. Defeat these enemies as soon as possible and go back to Lodgok to complete the mission. That's what players need to know when completing the Hogwarts Legacy main story quest, Urtkot's Helm.
